They sent me a defective item, broken button. Email them to exchange for same jeans. They lied and marked my return as "customers didn't like" resulting in a fee and charging me and not getting a replacement. For defective item I should be getting a free exchange. BUT THE LIED. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I wrote to your site they day I received these. I chose the wrong waist size. Somehow I clicked 42 instead of 40. I wanted to find out about an exchange but never received a reply to my message which I sent direct from my online JC account. I read your exchange policy, and the restock fee is about as much as I paid for the jeans. Please tell me if there is any way we can resolve this.
Again, I made the mistake choosing the wrong waist size, the jeans are sealed like how I received them.
