What membership plans do you offer?

Jordan Craig currently offers two membership plans:


• True Annual Plan: Pay once per 12 month period and enjoy exclusive and additional benefits throughout the year at a discounted rate.


• True Monthly Plan: Pay on a month-to-month basis, with the flexibility to cancel anytime.

How do I sign up for a membership?

To sign up, simply select the membership plan (annual or monthly) that best suits you. For the monthly subscription, you will have the option to join in the cart or checkout page.

Can I switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan?

Yes, you can upgrade to the annual plan at any time. Simply go to the membership page and purchase the annual plan.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

• Monthly Plan: Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. However, you will immediately lose any unused store credit. Make sure to use your credit before canceling to avoid losing it.


• Annual Plan: You can cancel your annual membership, but we don't offer refunds for the remaining months. Your benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. However, you will immediately lose any unused store credit. Make sure to use your credit before canceling to avoid losing it.

How can I reactivate the membership after I paused or canceled it?

Login into your account > Manage Membership > "Reactivate" button.

Do you offer a trial?

• Monthly Plan: We offer a special promotion where you can get your first month for just $1.95. Please note that this trial offer does not include any store credit.

• Annual Plan: Unfortunately, we do not offer a free trial for the annual plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) and PayPal. You can choose your preferred payment method during checkout.


Will my membership auto-renew?

Yes, both our annual and monthly plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel or pause your subscription before the renewal date.


Can I get a refund for my membership?

Refunds are not available for membership charges. It is your responsibility to pause or cancel your membership before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. We do not offer refunds for the first charge or any auto-renewal charges once they’ve been processed. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued.


What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, we will notify you via email and give you a chance to update your payment details. 

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, we take your privacy and security very seriously. All payments are processed through secure channels, and your personal information is stored in accordance with our privacy policy.


How can I contact customer support?

What happens if I change my email address?

If you change your email address, please update your account settings or contact our customer support team to ensure you continue receiving your membership benefits and updates.


Can I pause my membership?

You cannot pause your membership itself, but you can pause billing. This means you won’t be charged again until you’re ready to resume your membership. However, please note that during the pause, you will lose access to member perks until billing resumes.

Can I share my membership with others?

Membership benefits are intended for individual use and cannot be shared with others. If you would like to give someone access, please consider purchasing a separate membership.

How do I use my store credit?

You can login into your account and, once you're at the checkout, you'll see the widget that lets you apply your store credit to the total.

Does store credit expire?

Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued. If you don’t use your credit within that time, the oldest credit will expire, and the remaining balance will still be available for use.

What happens if I don't take action for 4 months on the monthly plan?

If you don’t take any action for 4 months on the monthly plan, we will cancel your membership. During this time, you won’t be charged, but you will lose access to member perks. Additionally, any unused store credit will expire.
