Return Policy

All items must be returned new, unused, and with all JORDAN CRAIG garment tags still attached within 30 days for a FULL REFUND*.  

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer or discarded without providing a refund.

*Final Sale Items, Mystery Boxes, or Free Gift offers may not be returned. Private shipping costs and Route Package Protection are non-refundable.

If your order does not qualify for free returns, you can still get a label to mail your items back. 

RETURNED REQUIREMENTS

We will accept unwashed, unworn (aside from trying it on), unaltered, or defective merchandise with all garment tags and original packaging where possible, within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns are subject to verification of the original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns. Items must not have any signs of wear or damage (pet hair, dust, mud, alterations, odors, etc.). If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund. 

Returned item(s) must not be FINAL SALE items. 

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

For all USA orders, start the return or exchange process by clicking on this link here. 

When you type in your order number, please make sure to enter the hashtag# and capitalize JC. For example, #JC30521 would be correct. jc30521 or #Jc30521 would not be read properly by our system. 

Make sure to use the same email address you used to make the order.

We recommend recording your return tracking number before sending it. Please keep the return tracking number until your request is processed. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our prepaid shipping label provided in our return portal, the shipment is at your expense. 

RECEIVING A REFUND 

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded.  

Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your JORDAN CRAIG account or to cancel or refuse orders, returns, or refunds for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns.

If there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may not process your return item(s). 

In all situations, JORDAN CRAIG reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges. JORDAN CRAIG retains final authority to accept or decline any item that is eligible for return, including if the customer's behavior becomes disruptive or if there is an excessive return history. JORDAN CRAIG may always, at their discretion, refuse the return of an item we deem to present a potential health or safety risk to any individual.  

LATE RETURNS

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.  

Goods received after this point will be accepted at our discretion or will be returned to the customer.

GIFTS

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Start the process here

COLORS

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on JORDAN CRAIG as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be completely accurate. Also, since all denim products are washed by hand so there will be some color variation from piece to piece.

SENT BACK WRONG ITEM

JORDAN CRAIG does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to JORDAN CRAIG, please email inquiry@jordancraig.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that your item will be found; no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to JORDAN CRAIG.

DECLINED RETURNS

If JORDAN CRAIG has declined a return for any reason, you will be emailed by our Customer Service team. 

A return may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • Your return was outside of the return window.
  • The item appears worn, used, or damaged.
  • The item does not have the original tags attached.
  • The item was non-returnable.
  • JORDAN CRAIG was not able to locate the order number or other information needed to process the return.
  • The item is not a JORDAN CRAIG item.

If your return request is not approved, you will have the option to have the item sent back to you, at your expense or disposed of by us at our reasonable discretion.

If you elect to have item(s) sent back to you, You will have to provide a PAID shipping label to inquiry@jordancraig.com within 7 business days of the first notification. If you do not provide a PAID shipping label within 7 business days of notification, we will dispose of the item at our reasonable discretion.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes will not be given back upon return of the merchandise.
