I realized after I order they were going to an address I no longer lived at. I immediately called and sent an email. Neither was responded to so I called again, spoke to a gentleman that didn't give his name, told me he would check to see of my order could be pulled. I asked how he would let me know he said he would call me back. I verified the number to call. He said he would call me back in an hour...that was 2 days ago. I called again and the other person had no idea what I was talking about. So now I have no idea where these pants are going too. And the first guys resolution was to give me a return label to send them back...send what back...I'm not at the address they are being mailed too. I am in another state. Now I'm just out some very expensive pair of jeans for my grandson's bday whe that's all he asked for. Thank you Jordan Craig for your gracious customer service.

My son is 6ft 4 145 pounds all legs Jordan Craig is the one place I can always find his size and don’t have to worry about the length of the jeans and there shipping is excellent I ordered some jeans for him today at 12:30pm by 2:00 I got an email saying it was shipped and expected delivery date was tomorrow and the shipping was free❤️❤️
