My overall experience has been great. Quality of Jean A+ is better than you favorite designers. Shipping A+is amazing ordler on Friday and received my order by Monday no later than Tuesday. Do not buy from the thus company.
I bought jeans from this site and sent them back for next size up for my son. FIRST off to send back I paid $19.99 then waited for 10 days heard nothing emailed 4 x nothing. Then called customer service spoke to James he tells me the pants was returned damaged so they threw them away.
They are not honoring my exchange and will not give me the money back nor the damaged pants. They said they smell like cigarettes so they will not take them back and they tossed them.
I asked them what do I do from here and the said buy the correct size.
So I am out $79 and no jeans... this is not right you should have sent the pants back to me. I have no Jeans and paid for them.. This is not good business. I would not buy nothing else from this company. You rip the customer off.
