    Very bad service

    This is the worst store I've ever shopped at. They're irresponsible and dishonest. I bought a jacket for my son, and I paid for return protection so I could return it or get a refund if it didn't fit. That's exactly what happened. I exchanged it for a larger size, and then they sent me a message saying the larger size was no longer available and that they were giving me a refund to buy from the same store. I was already losing $39 because I paid $191 and they're only giving me back $152.43. I've sent countless emails to the store asking for a refund to my card since I don't want any more jackets from them, but they don't respond and are forcing me to buy from them. I will never, ever shop at this store again.
