Jacket has a bunch of ink spots on the arm/shoulder but I was in a rush out of town to fight and argue about refund.

As long as it's unwashed, unworn (aside from trying it on), unaltered, includes all garment tags, and is sent back within 30 days of the purchase date you should qualify for a free exchange as it'd qualify as a defective item.
