I have been trying to reach customer support to initiate a return or exchange to no avail, the pants are nice but definitely for a very tall person. I am not sure sizing down will fix the problem which is a shame because they are really nice and I was looking forward to seeing my husband in them. The lack of customer support would make me steer clear of this company. No response to any of my inquiries regarding my order.
