OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT RULES
Tournament Entry Requirement:
To enter the tournament and be eligible for the prizes, you must first complete and submit the official entry form. Submission of the entry form constitutes your agreement to abide by the tournament's rules and conditions.
Mailing List Enrollment:
By entering the bracket, you acknowledge and agree that your contact information will be added to the mailing list of all tournament sponsors. You may opt out of this mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails or by contacting the sponsors directly.
Prize Shipment and Non-Transferability:
The winner of the competition will receive the prizes after the completion of the tournament. Please note that the prizes cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for any monetary value.
Scoring Methodology:
The winner will be determined based on Yahoo’s default scoring system, which will be used throughout the tournament to calculate results. The scoring method used can be found at https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN6654.html.
Tie Breaker:
In the event of a tie, the sponsors reserve the right to determine a fair and reasonable tie breaker, which will be decided at their sole discretion.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the giveaway. A purchase will not increase or enhance the chances of winning.
2. How to Enter the Giveaway:
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the official entry form available at https://jordancraig.com/pages/march-tournament-2025 and officially sign up using the invitation link at https://tournament.fantasysports.yahoo.com/mens-basketball-bracket/group/3234/invitation?key=bcba6e71e0744c57. Participants must complete both steps accurately for their entry to be valid. Any entries submitted through other links or incomplete forms will be excluded from the competition and deemed ineligible for the grand prize. Only one entry per person is allowed. The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
3. Prize Retail Value:
The verified retail value of the grand prize is $666.99. This value is determined based on the fair market value of the prize as of the date of the giveaway.
4. Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible participant is allowed only one entry. The chance of winning is one (1) divided by the total number of eligible participants. If Yahoo Sports limits the number of participants, any person attempting to join the group bracket after the deadline will be ineligible to enter.
5. Free Method of Entry:
No payment is required to enter the giveaway. Each eligible participant may only submit one (1) bracket for entry. There is no purchase necessary, and all individuals are provided with an equal opportunity to enter through the official method outlined above.
6. Judging Criteria:
The winner will be determined based on the scoring system used by Yahoo Sports, which is based on Yahoo’s default scoring methodology for the bracket competition, as detailed at https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN6654.html. Participants should note that the scoring system is based on the performance of selected teams in the tournament, and this is the primary skill element evaluated in determining the winner. No gambling or wagers related to the tournament are required or encouraged by the sponsors.
7. Giveaway Sponsor Information:

8. Prize Fulfillment:
The sponsors are responsible for fulfilling the prizes. If a participant has not received their prize within a reasonable period, they should contact the sponsor directly. The sponsors will make reasonable efforts to message each winner individually regarding prize shipment.
9. Prize Substitution:
If the prize listed at https://jordancraig.com/pages/march-tournament-2025 is sold out or unavailable, the sponsors reserve the right to replace the prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value at their sole discretion.
10. Indemnification:
By entering the tournament, participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the sponsors, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) the participant’s participation in the tournament, (b) the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) any violation of these official rules. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of the tournament.
11. Force Majeure:
The sponsors shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure in performance of any part of the tournament due to events or circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, civil disturbances, strikes, technical failures, or any other unforeseen event that makes it impossible or impractical to complete the tournament as planned. In the event the tournament cannot be completed as a result of such circumstances, the sponsors may, at their sole discretion, cancel, modify, or suspend the tournament and the prize award process.
